We are two women living in a three bed, two floor maisonette flat, looking for a third room mate on a mid-week basis.

The home is in a great zone 2 location, 2 minutes away from Victoria Park, 15 minutes walk from Hackney Wick (London Overground), 20 minutes walk from Bow Road (District Line) and 2 minutes from the 24hr No 8 bus route which takes you to Bethnal Green (Central Line) in 15 minutes, Liverpool St in 40 mins and Tottenham Court Road in 55 mins. There are also lots of great, safe cycle routes around, taking you in to central London. We both cycle and there is secure bike storage at the flat if needed.

We both work in the office 3 or 4 days and at home 1 or 2 days a week. We are social and will usually be out 2 or 3 nights a week each, but also socialise together in the house and the surrounding area. We are looking for a female flatmate who wants a space in London to use mid-week. The flatmate would have full access to all of the communal areas - the living room, kitchen (and appliances) garden etc. We imagine this will be someone looking for short to medium term arrangements, but we are also open to longer term if needed.
