Hello, I have 2 bedrooms available to rent in a newly refurbished, bright and airy 3 bedroom Victorian flat in Kennington (10 mins from Elephant & Castle station and 15 mins from Kings Cross station via the underground).

You will be sharing the space with me (She/Her) and my gorgeous 1 year-old cat. I am a working professional, in my early twenties, very sociable and easy-going. I love movie nights, galleries, nights out and do a LOT of reading. I am looking for people who are tidy, friendly and respectful. As the landlord of the flat, I offer the advantage of immediate maintenance action.

The bedrooms are cozy and furnished, and receive lots of sunlight from large Victorian windows. Each bed comes with storage space underneath, a Gothic mirror, bedside table and wardrobe.
