THE FLAT: located on the second floor of the building the ground floor is taken by the big kitchen, the massive Living room, a balcony and a small toilet, the first floor hosts the three bedrooms (2 Doubles and 1 Single) and the Bathroom.
THE ROOM: Bright, fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
FLATMATES: Currently living in the flat it’s me Emanuele and Vincenzo.
ABOUT EMANUELE: I’m 40 y. o Italian, I have been living in London since 2008, I’m a Sommelier therefore I’m mostly out all week from morning till late at night. When I’m at home I like to read, watch movies and series, cooking and sometimes going for a drink/eat out when I’m the mood.
ABOUT VINCENZO: Vincenzo is also a sommelier and a colleague, 50 y. o. but actually much younger than that, very polite, clean and reliable. As me, he keeps the house quiet and clean.
COSTS: The rent for the room is £850 (Negotiable for the right candidate) per month, with 1 month deposit. The bills are included and are comprised of: Water, Council tax, Gas and Electricity (Every 3 Months), Broadband, Tv License, Netflix and cleaning products.
No other costs required for paperwork or others.
Minimum Stay 6 Months.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE FLAT. WE SMOKE ONLY ON THE BALCONY!!!
