My flatmates and I are looking for a fourth male flatmate that could join us from May onwards.

Who are we? One of us is an artist, the other a consultant and one works for a Spa (me). Whether you are studying or working, I can guarantee that you will have a blast with us. We live "a family spirit", where we share nice meals, drinks and other moments together.

What about the flat? The flat is located in Camberwell, 7 mins walk to Denmark Hill overground station and King's College Hospital. It is a flat with two bathrooms, one big living room, one basement, one kitchen and a tiny garden (with a BBQ).

What about room 1? The room is quite big and you will be able to store several things in there. There is a double size-bed, desk, chair and shelves.

What about room 2? Normal side bedroom with a double bed, a small desk and some shelves.

How long do you need to stay? As long as you want, but ideally medium to long-term ( 3 months to 1 year and half).

Rent for room 1? £950 + bills.
Rent for room 2? £870 + bills.
