After three years in this house, sadly it is my time to leave... I am moving overseas indefinitely, so we are looking for someone to replace me and move into our chill, sociable share house just off Rye Lane. Ideally we would prefer a girl to keep it balanced, but open to guys too if a good fit.

The room will be available from the 6th of April (we can move this around a bit if needed). The rent is paid in advance on the 20th of each month, and will be £735 including bills, with a £600 deposit paid upfront.

Billie, 28. Lovely gal working in recruitment. Always a good vibe and she might whip up some of her delicious Sri Lankan dal if your lucky.

Luke, 28. Our most recent addition to the house. Super chill and easy going guy who works as a freelance video director/editor.

Collectively, we enjoy a good balance of wholesome and fun. Equally happy with a spontaneous night out, or a nice dinner and some drinks. Like to cook together when the mood strikes and also enjoy our own space from time to time. We all have active social lives so there will be plenty of chances to join in for some fun nights or lazy days if you fancy it.
