I am looking for a flatmate (preferably professional) for the house I have been living in for the last 2.5 years in Kennington.

The area is very nice and well-connected. The house is located 10-12' from Vauxhall Station, 7' from Kennington Station and Oval Station, bus stops 2'.

The rent for the room is 1000/month without bills. The bills including council tax are 150-200/month.

The house has spacious living room and bathroom. There is another toilet independent from the rooms.
