Large double bedroom in a lovely flat in Camberwell available from April 14th

A very nice, well kept flat with a huge garden and 2 friendly housemates (Ben - gardener + Patrick - librarian in an university). We all enjoy hanging out, especially in our beautiful garden in the summer, but also enjoy our private time and the flat is a very peaceful and comfortable place to live!

The room has a double bed, a small sofa, a desk, drawers, shelves, clothing rail and bedside tables (all of which you're welcome to keep or we can get rid of).

We don't have a proper living room, but we do have a small communal dining area with a fold out table.

Less than 10 minute walk to Denmark Hill overground and East Dulwich stations. Lots of great parks, pubs and restaurants a short walk a way in Camberwell, Peckham, East Dulwich, Brixton.
