This is a 2 bedroom flat. One room is already occupied by myself and my wife. We are looking for a roommate to take over the second room as ours had to move back home.

We are situated 10 min bus from elephant and castle, or about a 20 min walk. Also a 20 min walk to Kennington station.

My wife and I are clean, considerate, kind and good at communicating. We’re looking for someone similar. I work in the city but we love to do games nights at the local games cafes and pub quizzes occasionally as well!

The space is nice and large and well situated. There are two guinea pigs kept in cage in the flat as a heads up!
