Hey everyone!

My name is Ksenia, I currently live in a lovely house (that is still under renovation until 1st of December) in Oval, and I am looking for 3 other flatmates to move in here.

The house is 2 floors, has a garden and a parking space - and also parking on the street is available. On the first floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area (the kitchen will be fully renovated in 2-3 weeks max). For the dining area, I have a lovely big table and 4 chairs - so no need for any to bring for yourself! As well as that, I have a lot of kitchen stuff that I am more than happy to share - like toaster, microwave, and rice cooker etc etc. In the kitchen there would be overhead cupboards, and a dishwasher (bless!).

The living room is directly from the hallway/kitchen access, and the 4th room is located there, too - so you would have to go through the living room to get in there. More about it could be discussed in person, but regarding the living room area - I have a couch and two standing shelves that I am also more than happy to share with others, so no need to bring your own couch! There would be a projector screen provided by the landlord, and a projector for use.

The garden area is usually used just by my dog currently, but I would imagine it's super nice to be in during the summer! I actually have just moved here myself on the 1st of November, so haven't been here for long.

There is also a guest toilet downstairs, and a bathroom with a bath and a toilet (and insane amount of storage) upstairs.

Moving on to upstairs - there are three bedrooms there, and a washing machine would be in the cupboard, too, next to the bathroom. Right next to the stairs is the single room, then the double room, and then my room, next to the bathroom.

The bills are currently 180, and a lot of construction going on. The bills and the wifi should come up to around 55-65 quid per person. If you are also a professional, be mindful go the council tax. Monthly, it comes up to 150ish total, but that could be divided with other working people who would like to move in. I am currently a masters student for another year, so I will be paying it soon, just not yet :).
