I have a lovely newly decorated double room available (WEEKDAYS ONLY - 2 or 3 NIGHTS A WEEK) in a sunny, modern flat close to Denmark Hill station with fantastic connections to central London. The room is fully furnished and has a small desk and chair, and hyperoptic wifi.

About the flat: it has modern decor throughout and it's part of a quiet and well-kept 1950s block. The neighbours are all really friendly and it's a nice neighbourhood.

The room has a door onto the balcony which gets the afternoon and evening sun in the summer, and there are communal gardens too.

From Denmark Hill station it's 10-12 mins into Victoria and Blackfriars, 4 mins to Clapham High St, and there's also loads of buses going into London.

About me: I'm a part-time photographer and am often at home, on local assignments or walking in the local park. I am friendly, quiet and considerate, and respectful of other people's space. I have a very friendly cat called Ivy who loves meeting new people!

I ideally looking for someone for only 2-3 nights but would consider 4 nights.

The rent would be as follows:

2 nights: £375/month
3 nights: £465/month
4 nights: £550/month
