One of our housemates is moving out to their own place so we’re looking for a new housemate to join us in January!

We have a chilled and tidy house and all get along great, spend evenings having dinner and playing cards together but also have our own separate friend groups and plan.

We’ve turned the front room into an office space (that you are welcome to set up in). Then we have a beautiful lounge, kitchen/dinning room, garden and studio in the garden (currently used as bike/general storage and a small home gym).

The bedroom is unfurnished but housemate leaving open to selling some items.

Bill are around an extra £100-150 per month inc a cleaner every 2 weeks.

2 minute walk to the nearest station (Queens Road Peckham) and close to a many different shops, pubs, bars, and other fun places. About a 5-10 minute walk into Peckham centre.
