Looking for a new flatmate in a spacious 2 bed in Peckham!

The room is a good size and has an inbuilt wardrobe and dressing table/desk as well as the bed. The flat itself has a big living space and tons of storage, and there is also outside space for summer.

We’re ~3 mins walk from Queens Road Peckham station and have loads of pubs and restaurants in easy walking distance plus the pick of supermarkets nearby.

I’m a researcher in the charity sector and into books, cinema, swimming, going for a pint etc. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years with a pal who’s now off to live with her boyfriend, and as it’s a 2 person fairly open plan flat it would be ideal to live with someone who’s up for a more sociable setup - I’m out and about a fair bit but would be great to have dinner together etc when we’re both in.

The lease would officially be from 1st April which is when it renews for the year, but my flatmate will be moving out a couple of weeks earlier around 10th March so there would be flexibility to move in a bit sooner if you needed to.
