Occupied by couple who are frequent work travellers so not always present (female guest preferred as female in residence alone more often). Need reliable, tidy, security conscious guest (obviously and no overnight guests apart (perhaps) from exceptional with notice and advance consent). Available from 28 September. Good bus connections to West End (159), Victoria (3), Holborn (59), City (59/344) and Kensington (360). Victoria/Bakerloo and Northern lines all within about 10 minutes' walk. Walkable to Westminster/Whitehall. House is light and clean. (I use public bikes mostly around city!). Bills included on fair use basis. In Division Bell area (new MP!!:))
