Excited to advertise a lovely room in a shared flat, centrally located near elephant and castle station.

Move in as soon as possible, with some flexibility in dates and length of stay.

The room is furnished with a large double bed, wardrobe and a bed side draws. There are 2 bedrooms in the flat, so you’ll share the other spaces with just 1 other person.

The flat has a nice, large living room, one bathroom and a kitchen. The kitchen has all amenities, including a new dishwasher. And the shower has great water pressure.

Rent is £800, including water. Electricity and council tax are an additional £100 a month each.

The flat is located in a nice neighbourhood off of a quiet street and the rooms get plenty of natural light. Secondary glazing has also just been installed on the windows.

I am moving out and leaving London to go travelling. The room will be a sub-let until the current tenancy agreement ends on January 5th. After that, you are welcome to either move out or continue staying upon agreeing tenancy with the landlord.

Lidl, Tesco & Sainsbury's within 5min walking distance.

Great central location - only 5-10 mins from both Bakerloo & Northern lines at elephant & castle station. On the Thames link and walking distance to london brings and central london.

The current flatmate that you will be sharing with, Dav is very friendly and welcoming. He’s interested in board games, cooking and travelling and is open to hosting dinner parties, games night and getting to know you.

The flat is managed by a nice agency called Daniel Cobb they are very relaxed and get stuff done quickly when needed.
