Hi all, I am a 30-year-old young professional who just finished a visiting fellowship at Oxford. I am starting a full-time job in energy/climate policy in London. I am originally from China and have lived in the US for the past few years.

I found an apartment in Nine Elms and am ready to sign the lease. I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and fun to be a flatmate. You will have your own bathroom, and the apartment has a big kitchen/meeting room. The apartment is only minutes from the Nine Elms station, and it has a gym, cinema and study centre in it too. I'm ready to have a call with the potential tenant and make a decision very soon. Ideally the person needs a salary proof.

I can be flexible on the exact move-in date but hopefully, it will be November/December.
