We are looking for another housemate that is looking for a sociable home rather than just a room.

Housemates: You’ll be living with Aoife, Josh and Nicholas.

Josh is from Manchester and been living in London for 4 years. He works as a Design Manager on large architecture projects and in his free time enjoys watching (or playing) rugby, football and NFL as well as trying new baking recipes.

Aoife works as a nutritionist in Waterloo. She likes cooking, dance, theatre and reading.

Nicholas likes reading, going to the gym, travelling and all sports especially football, tennis, golf.

We have the room available as the departing tenant is moving to start a new job abroad.

Bills: £107 per person per month. Includes all utility bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax band D), wireless fibre broadband

Move-in date: Available on Tuesday 21st January. We are holding chats with all of the housemates on Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th December where you can meet us all and view the house.
