Hi guys,

We are three people full time professionals looking for a flatmate to take over our massive bedroom in our 4 bedrooms flat. The bedroom comes with a bed (not included in the pics, but coming soon), a brand new sofa, a tv (not included in the pics), a table with 4 chairs, a big balcony, a wardrobe and storage in the wall. It’s really spacious and close to the kitchen.
We are based in Kennington (7 min walk from Kennington station!) and the room can be occupied from 2nd of December. Flexible on moving date.
It’s £1200 including bills and the cleaner that comes every other week.
We are looking for someone tidy and easy going!
