Looking for a person to move in to the second bedroom in my 2-bed flat, across the road from Nine Elms tube and 10 minutes from Vauxhall. The room will come fully furnished [not as of yet - see pitctures] and I'm happy to work with you to get everything needed.

The flat comes with a big living room, balcony and a separate kitchen. I've recently renovated the whole flat (other than the kitchen), but expect there to be some rough edges and continuous improvements to make it even better :)

I'm a guy in my mid-twenties working in tech. Spend my days working and nights with drinks / sports / friends, in and out the house.

Rent includes all bills other than energy which we can split two-ways. Flexible on moving in date and length of term, 2-6 months all works good for me as a baseline and we can take it from there.
