All newly decorated, new carpet, new bed, and mattress, and bedding. New smart tv, WiFi . The house is always very clean, modern, off road parking could be available. But parking on road is next to house.
I have 2 little friendly / cheeky dogs ( so must be ok with dogs)
Suitable for someone who is out working full time day time, not suitable for shift or home / study working, ( unless discussed first) due to the nature of my job.
Must be quiet , tidy, clean and respectful especially kitchen and bathroom, cleaning up straight after yourself, and other communal areas, so to keep the house nice for us all. No smoking / vaping.

You would be expected to chip in for necessities , ( bin liners, cleaning products, toilet rolls etc) as and when required.

The room would suit a quiet working professional or mature student .
No couples. This is not a house share, just some where to relax after work, uni and days off.
