Hello everyone,

I have a freshly refurbished single room to rent in Chichester (15 mins walk from the city centre) on the first floor.

It’s a quiet neighbourhood area with 10 mins walk to the nearby shops such as: M&S, home sense, Lidl, Sainsbury’s. etc. As well as easy travel to Rolls Royce and Goodwood.

£450 per month including all the bills with £300 deposit.

The house has a good sized garden, two bathrooms (separate for the people living upstairs and downstairs) and living room for the possible use of everyone. There is also a parking on the driveway and free on the road, if needed.

I am looking for a working professional, who is clean and quiet. You must also love animals and not be scared of dogs, as I take care of some occasionally.

However, the animals will not interrupt your privacy, as the room is on the first floor and separated from the downstairs areas where they would have been staying.

I am happy to accept your small pets, but they would need to be staying in your own room.
