We have recently finished extending our house to create an additional open plan kitchen dining & family room with bifold doors to the sunny garden. There is a separate lounge and play room. We are a busy household that would welcome you into our home as a freind. We would like someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of our space and time as well as joining in with us occasionally. There is a new bathroom with separate shower and further ground floor shower room. We have an ensuite so would only need to use these moderately. Cleaning of bathroom / hoovering once a week will be required 🛁🚽🧹. The room is fully furnished with a small double bed, large double wardrobe and dressing table. There are Usb sockets and TV point in the room. It is decorated in neutral colours with new carpets and overlooks the garden. There is parking outside as it’s not a restricted area. We are respectful & considerate to our neighbours as it’s a quiet area. We are only 1 mile from the Centre & easy reach to the university and Rolls Royce. We have previously shared our house with a student and Rolls Royce employees. All bills are included however taking turns with everyday essential would be welcome ie: toilet roll kitchen roll etc. Hopefully I haven’t scared you away by being too honest?
