I am looking for a lovely professional lady (25 +) to share my house on a short term let of 3 months from 15 January. I Live in a modern town house in Graylingwell, just 15 minutes walk into central Chichester and next to St Richard's Hospital. I am a Mum with 2 daughters, who are both at University. We also have a tabbycat.

I am renting out a lovely double room, furnished, with 2 big windows , making it light and airy. It is situated next to a shared bathroom and there is a big kitchen/ family room with TV and a garden to share. I have a spare parking space if required.

I work part-time as a administrstor and swimming teacher. I love watching films, shopping and fashion, music, crafts and books. I also love everything about the water, swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding, and I love going down to the beach. The house is very close to Chichester, but surrounded by trees and open space, with fabulous walks nearby out into the countryside.
