Hi! We're a group of friendly housemates living in a lovely, spacious house with a large garden (we even have a pond!) The house is very central and it's a 5 minute walk to the train station.

The room advertised is the 2nd room in the video.

We're all students, but we're open to having a professional move in as long as they're happy to cover the council tax. We like hanging out together while also enjoying and respecting each other's personal space, and we're clean and tidy. It's a lovely atmosphere! Unfortunately I'm having to move out due to separate, personal circumstances, so I'm looking for someone to take my room.

Don't hesitate to message me with any questions!
