Looking for a housemate in the Chichester (PO19 area) to replace a couple who are moving out in ~3 months. House has a conservatory, dishwasher, back garden, gas hob, and an old blind dog; for whom is the main reason I'm trying to stay at this house for, as I intend on making this his last home

The other housemate is currently working as a cook and I'm a software engineer. I work from home and am disabled so spend most of my time in the house
