I work from home most of the time and travel abroad occasionally with work & my partner is based between here and London. We also have a miniature dachshund so someone pet friendly is a must!

The kitchen + dining room will be a shared space; I am a tidy person so someone who is clean and tidy is much preferred. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. I have a cleaner who comes every 2/3 weeks and they are happy to do your room if wanted :)

There is a large garden with a BBQ + seating area which you are free to use (when the weather allows!) From the property it is around a 20 minute walk into Chichester and to Rolls Royce, Chichester Hospital & Goodwood.
