Hello I have a small double room with double bed and own en suite shower room. My lodger ‘C’ and I are quiet and I’m a professional working locally and at home. I would need a housemate that is working or a second/third year student. There is a well equipped kitchen, a laundry area and a large lounge with big TV, Netflix and Virgin Fibre. We have parking and a big garden.
My partner comes over occasionally and I’m away some weekends. A cleaner comes in usually once a week. The room has a comfy bed, wardrobe, chair and desk, big mirror and rail. We are very LGB friendly and have accommodated students and professionals who especially need a calm and quiet place to live. Looking for an initial 4 to six month let possibility longer. Would consider short lets for theatre staff actors and crew too.
We are having some building work carried out hence the rent will be reduced until that’s done, certainly by end of November. The lounge picture is out of date and is to be redecorated soon and has a wood burner.
