The house is well situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within easy reach of the uni. Gas central heating and hot water, wifi, electricity and tv licence all included. The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, laundry room with washing machine and iron, small but ample back garden.
There are four post grad students taking rooms, one who has been with me for tho years will happily answer any questions you may have, I will give his number upon request. Street parking is available in a bay outside the house. Microwave, kettles, toasters etc all provided.
