The annexe is self contained and an Edwardian part of our house. which is much older and was once a Fishbourne farmhouse. Chichester town centre is just under 25 minutes walk or the bus takes 5 mins (bus stop opposite the house). Fishbourne also has a railway station which is under 10 minutes walk. Parking if needed is available in a side lane, although people usually walk, cycle or bus into Chichester.
