The house is lovely and light has a beautiful walled garden and a conservatory. Large kitchen and lounge which the tennant can use. Only me living here and I stay at my art studio sometimes so you'd get the house to yourself then. Ten min walk to Falmouth High St as property is up behind the Boat House Pub.
