A garage conversion attached (but seperate) to our all female family home. Myself and my two daughters, 2 cats and a little dog.
The annexe has a decent sized bathroom with a big walk-in shower, W/C & basin. A kitchenette with all white goods, kettle, toaster & microwave and a tabletop oven. (inc. washing machine & tumble drier) & kitchen cupboard storage.
The bedroom has a double bed but a single would allow more space. There is central heating in the bedroom and bathroom. There is currently a wardrobe and a bedside table in the bedroom. All 3 rooms in the annexe have spotlights in the ceilings and wooden/tile floors.
The annexe has its own entrance with a large driveway parking space directly outside.
It is a quiet room in a nice neighbourhood next to a Co-op, chip shop, beautician, hairdresser & coffee shop.
No suitable for a couple.
Long let much preferred.
Electric, gas, water & Wifi are included.
