Looking for a quiet, organised lodger over 20 years for my small spare room with a single bed and brand new mattress . There will also be a desk in the room. The terraced 1920s house is in the quite Swanvale area of Falmouth. Shared bathroom, sitting room , kitchen and dining room and garden. Use of washing machine, outside washing line. Must have own pots and pans and bedding. Non smoker/ vaper.
Parking on the street and 10 min walk to Swanpool beach. 10 mins to Penmere station. 20 min walk into town and Woodlane campus. 5 min walk to Co-Op and petrol station.
I am an artist and writer and work from home.
Monthly rent is £500. All bills included.
Would suit someone that doesn't work full time from home as there is not much space in the house as I work from home. My interests are sea swimming, sailing my yacht and walking. The previous lodgers have been outdoor types.
No pets. Although must be ok with dogs as dogs do visit the property.
