A sea view premium studio on the third floor of the Quarry Student Accommodation in Falmouth. It’s a gorgeous location, 10 minutes walk from the centre of Falmouth and bus stop.

Pictures are from the Quarry website, however my room is slightly more spacious. Both kitchen and Bathroom are not shared and all bills are included in rent.

The kitchen includes a toaster, oven, electrical hob and a microwave.

- Common room is available for the building (last picture).
- Washing machines and dryers are also available in the building using the circuit app.

It is available now till the 2nd of September 2022.
