The house is available from the 10th of sept, it's 3 bedrooms and a kitchen with a garden (no lounge unfortunately!) The house is being done up ATM by the landlord (apart from the kitchen) so will all be sparkling new ✨✨

The rent is £550 per month and that includes internet. Heating and other bills are on a metre and I need to double check about council tax.

Deposit is 5 weeks rent & it's a 10 month contract as the landlord might be moving back in, she currently lives in aus and hasn't decided yet!
