Nice house on town side of the Beacon. Good access for Uni campuses. No bills/council tax. Two rooms available due to kids moving on. Nice clean kitchen/bathroom, central heating, private walled garden with large shed. Lovely, friendly neighbours, quiet street with corner shop/PO. I am counsellor/Uni lecturer with Truro College and Adult Education.
I rent the house from a lovely, friendly landlord and would like to stay here as my family live close by but need some extra help with the rent as my kids have grown up and moved on - one to Penryn, the other heading to Oz. I have had a couple of student lodgers previously but they moved when courses finished... You can expect to be treated with respect and will be free to do what you like in your own space. Garden is beautiful with room for clothes to dry and have barbies in the summer.
