I have a good size double bedroom available from 26th April and ideally for a long let. The room is very light and has wooden floors, a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a modern desk with chair. The room has neutral decor. The house is in an excellent location and town is a 5 minute walk down Killigrew Street. Gylly beach and Swanpool beach is also within walking distance. There is a wet room with shower and a separate bathroom with bath. There is a patio garden to rear.

This is a family home with one 14 year old child and another lodger so not suitable for anybody who is not used to living with children. I work from home and have a separate office. Ideally, I am looking for a professional person or mature student to rent the room. The rent includes bills.

I am looking for the room to be let as soon as possible after the 26th April so not suitable for someone looking to move in after the middle of May.
