Delightful and characterful cosy 1 bed annexe on two floors attached to main house. Kitchen/dining ground level with stone floor and Everhot range cooker, (providing background warmth and cooking facility - similar to Aga ie electric version). Upstairs double bedroom with 4'6" bed and 2nd similar-sized room which has shower, loo and basin plus wardrobe/storage. Suit either single person or a couple, but probably a squeeze for couple and in over five years of letting, we have only had single occupancy which is certainly most comfortable. The property is light and airy with newly-renovated sash windows.

Centrally located, near to Provedore and short walking distance to beaches, town and Woodlane campus. Also close to both Penmere or The Dell stations plus Uni bus route for Penryn campus though it is all a very different world now! Small local shop (Spar) 2 mins' walk away.
We live in main house. Entrance to annexe is via lane to rear of Florence Terrace so independent of main house with own entrance door though we do use the back for garage access. and garden and we do have a dog.
NB Council Tax is charged separately on this property by Cornwall Council (Band A) and this is either paid by the tenant or on their behalf through Council Tax relief for students (ie the Council does not charge students but is compensated by central government) on behalf of any student tenant.
