We have a lovely double-sized room available for an individual to let in a three bed semi-detached house, conveniently located close to Falmouth town centre. There is small rear courtyard and a locked area for bicycles and other equipment, accessed by a separate secure access. The rental rate of £450 per month includes all bills (electricity, gas, water, telephone/ broadband etc). A rent deposit of £600 is requested.
