Furnished double room, ground floor in heart of village. Consist of shared bathroom, kitchen, breakfast room, Dining room, livingroom and sunny small court yard. . Room only available until 1st of April. All bills included.

Car is essential in Flushing due to very limited public transport. On road parking only, and bit of a nightmare in summer to be honest so parallel parking skills also essential!

Current occupiers are couple (owners) as well as a female medical professional. The owners are away 2/3 of the year due to work commitments overseas, but will occasionally be back for a week or two, but will be away

House largely decorated in Scandinavian interior, with log burner and all the trimming. In true Scandinavian style we also ask that occupants do not wear outdoor footwear inside the house.

We are looking for someone with similar interest to the current occupants, who is clean and tidy and happy to enjoy an occasional dinner together.

Viewings available from 20th July. Room can be made available earlier from end of July for the right candidate.
