Rooms are available in a shared house in Whitstable Road (near transport links and in walking distance to the University of Kent). This is a student-only property and undergraduates or postgraduates are very welcome. By the terms of my HMO licence, the rooms must be single occupants only, although it's a period property and so most of the rooms are relatively large. It's also a strictly non-smoking house. All bills and the Infinity 2 Broadband are included in the rent.

All rooms have their own toilet and shower - for four of the rooms, the toilet and shower are en-suite, and the fifth room has a toilet and shower for the occupant's private use. There is a kitchen on each floor, so tenants only share a kitchen with one other tenant.

The house is situated on Whitstable Road so it is walking distance from the university but also on the bus route between university and town - bus stops are close and the buses are frequent. If you'd like to discuss or see the property, we'd be delighted to hear from you.
