Here is my spare room. It is in a 2 double bedroom apartment in Canterbury, right near the Castle so very short walk into city centre. Great commuter links with Canterbury East train station 8 minutes walk away and Canterbury West 15 minutes, offering high speed trains, 48 minutes to London. Large communal car park to the rear with use of parking permit. I have an en suite so aside from visiting guests, you’ll have sole use of the large family bathroom with bath/shower.
2 double sockets with USB outlets, wireless broadband, digital tv outlet with very good signal, electric heating. Recently decorated room including blinds.
I have 2 cats so would prefer someone who gets on with cats and may be able to feed them every now and then if I have to work late.
Place is on the market so this is likely to be a short term arrangement. You will of course get at least a full months notice.
