Hey guys! If anyone is looking for some accommodation I am renting out my beautiful room with a double bed in Epsom. The house is really nice, its 10-15 minutes from UCA and 5 minutes to the train station. From Epsom to Waterloo 35 minutes by train and to Victoria 45 minutes.

It's a 6 bedroom house with two bathrooms, one living room, one kitchen, and a garden. Furniture, bills, internet, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV and TV license are all included. My room is on the second floor, it is spacious, light, double bed and it has a lot of storage.
