Currently looking for someone to replace my houseshare in Farnham. Moving due to university commitments. My brother and one of his old work colleagues plan to stay at the property and renew the contract for 12 months from 19th July. Room will be available from 25th May.
It has been only been two years since the apartment was built. Short 10 minute walk to Farnham town centre, gym, Sainsbury's, etc.
ROOM CAN BE UNFURNISHED IF NEEDED.
