This nice flat is well situated in a quiet area of Farnham within seconds from Upper Hale Road, 5min drive or 25min walk to town centre. Easy access to A31, A3 and M3. Surrounding towns: Aldershot, Farnborough, Fleet, Alton, Guilford. If you don`t own a car..! BUS station just next door, also NISA shop down stairs. Farnham Park within 5 min walk to relax or exercise also Farnham Hospital very close.
I lived at this property for 6 years now and happy to be here.
So, as I decide to rent out part of it, I will prefer not to overpopulate it. Suitable for a professional or couple. This share accommodation is an opportunity for people who like it more private and quiet. I work long hours and I`m not always home, some days I`m not in at all. Kitchen is fully furnished, the XL room has only a sofa and a tv stand. I must add the fact that the room is very spatious with large windows.
