My husband and I live in a quiet courtyard near Maidstone centre and Maidstone West station.. our single room is available to rent to working or studying persons who wish to stay for a week or more.
The room is furnished and has a tv and plenty of starage space. The room is quite small but well furnished. The guest bathroom is shared with our other guest. Hot food must be eaten in the conservatory which you can use in the evenings. Weekly clothes wash can be done for a fee of £5.
Would prefer a non smoker, but if you do smoke then outside is fine.. because there are no cooking fasilities apart from a microwave for quick warming of food, short term working person may be better..
