I have lived at the property for almost 4 years now with my dog. I had a previous housemate living with me but they moved out almost 2 years ago (still friends). The house is in a lovely little cul-de-sac with lots of off road parking. It is just up the road from barracks station and takes about 10-15 mins to walk into the center of town.

DOG - Barks when some one knocks on the door but is super friendly and harmless. He does love a bit of attention but will also happily sleep away in the arm chair. He does not chew on things other than his toys (he loves to carry round his teddy) and he never steals or chews shoes!

I'm in no rush to get some one to move in, I'm more looking for someone that I can get along with, chill in the evenings and go to the pub with!

I work from home 3 days a week in my study. People who also work from home are welcome but I may want to increase the bills slightly due to the increase in electricity etc. This will of course entirely depend on the scenario.

The rent includes all bills including tax etc, but i do not have a tv license as i only use the tv from streaming. I do all the gardening. All i ask is that you clean up after yourself and be respectful.
