2 rooms available for rent. I have two rooms for rent. You will choose which one of the two best suites your needs and/or budget.
Room 1 is a double, ensuite with it's own bathroom/toilet and benefits from a relatively big balcony and double sliding door wardrobe, for £600 a month and a 3 weeks rent deposit.

The other is a double room with a small wardrobe for £500/month and a 3 weeks rent deposit.
At the moment there is only 1 person living at the property therefore if you take room 2, you will share the bathroom with me.

You will have a TV in your room and your own fridge which you can put in your room if you wish to

The property benefits from an open plan living/Kitchen. The living area is not shared, however, you may use the dinning table for your meals if you wish to.

There is also no designated Parking but the flat is within a 3 minutes walking distance to Rochester Train station (30 - 43 minutes to Stratford International, St Pancras International and London Victoria Station)
