Double room available in a spacious 2-bed flat in central Rochester, right by the Cathedral/Castle area and around a 5-minute walk to Rochester station.
The flat is set up as a two-person home, so you’d only be sharing with me rather than being in a large house share. There’s a comfortable living room, a large shared bathroom, and a long open-plan kitchen/dining area with plenty of space to properly use and enjoy the flat. The kitchen has the usual appliances, including oven, hob, fridge, washing machine and cupboard space.
The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and built-in storage/cupboard space. There is also some extra storage available for things you would not need day to day, such as suitcases or seasonal bits.
A bit about me: I’m 31 and work in banking in London, usually hybrid with City office days. I’m tidy, fairly relaxed, and like the flat to feel like a proper home. I enjoy pubs, food, the gym, gaming, travelling and a decent chat.
This would probably suit a tidy, respectful professional who wants somewhere central, comfortable and calm, but is also sociable at times. Someone friendly, considerate and easy to get on with would be ideal.
Message with a bit about yourself, your work/routine, move-in date and how long you’re looking for, and I’ll get back to you.
