I have a very cosy single bed ensuite-room in a shared flat of student accommodation five minutes walking distance from King's Cross in Central London. Apart from having easy connectivity all central London areas, its walking distance from LSE, SOAS, Birkbeck, Imperial College and UCL campuses. And for quiet peaceful walks, the regents canal is 6 minutes walk away. I have loved my accommodation for the last one year as it has given me peace of mind with no unnecessary bickering of landlord/flatmates etc.

Since I am going on for a summer vacation, the room is available to sublet for 26 days. The room comes with a private ensuite-bathroom and a toilet. The room comes with a chair, a bed, a table lamp, cleaning toiletries and if you need basic things to go on for a month-it could be arranged with no extra cost. There is also a free high speed wifi on premises as well as in and outside the room.

I share my flat with four flatmates who have been very kind and helpful to me and I really like them! The flat has a big spacious common kitchen with two electric hobs, two fridges, two freezers, water kettle, a bread toaster et al, all essentials required in the descent kitchen. The kitchen and communal areas are cleaned regularly by the cleaning staff. We also have on-site laundry, lockers, 24 hours security etc.

Subletting Period: August 15th, 2022 to September 11th, 2022 (27 days)

Total Rent: 700 GBP with all bills inclusive (negotiable towards downward side). The actual rent is 780 GBP per month, but I am willing to sublet it towards the discounted price between 650-700 GBP.
