A lovely double room that will come pre-furnished with a single bed and a wardrobe. The mattress can be provided with the bed for free or you can bring your own. It does have space for a double bed if you choose to bring your own.
Kitchen and bathroom shared with another flatmate who is very nice and a student at UCL.
Tenancy from 01/05/2025 - 17/09/2025 with the option to stay longer, however this can be discussed for those who want to move in earlier.

Council tax band B but it is exempt if you are a student.
Gas heating and cooking is included in rent, broadband will be £15 extra per month, water is around £18 per month and finally the electricity is on a meter which runs by purchasing electricity cards from the landlord (ends up being around £12 per month).
