Hello everyone!! My friend and I are looking for a female flatmate for next academic year.

Where renting: Walker House, Phoenix Road
- The flat is between King’s Cross St Pancras and Euston Station, making it a 15 minute walk to UCL campus! Big save on transportation and commute time.

Finance:
- Rent: about £295 a week (so about 1265 a month)
- Utilities: about £25 to £30 per week covering electricity, WiFi and water

Who you are renting with:
- 2 second year female UCL students from Malaysia 🇲🇾

Why you should rent with us:
- Place is quite big!!!
- Common rooms include kitchen, living room and bathroom but all rooms are very spacious :))
- kitchen is well stocked with air fryer, microwave, stove, standard fridge + freezer and washer machine

Who we are looking for:
- Female student
